Podle WoWwiki.org, by měl jít Scatter Shot použít při disarmu:

"Disarming hunters will make them unable use Wing Clip until they get their weapon back. However, being disarmed does not prevent them from using Scatter Shot or setting a trap, so it is better to use Hamstring on the initial Charge."

Scatter Shot: Requies Ranged Weapon

takže je asi rozdíl v různejch disarmech, warrior a roguna disarmujou i luky, abiltiy co vyžadujou luk, nemaj jít použít.
Hunter má disarm pouze na Melee takže by scatter jít měl.

Podle mě to není bug, jeslti budete mít někdo nějaký další dotazy napište a zase to tady odemknu.
