Eradication does make Corruption tick faster.

Imagine in a BG, I see a ally runing past me and I put up corrution and Curse of Agony before hes LoS then I pop my haste trinket, will he get more damage? Or will he have the weaker DoT before I poped the trinket? :S
Any change to your casting speed (haste rating or Eradication/Bloodlust) will take effect when you refresh or reapply the DoT. The same is true for Spellpower. The same SHOULD be true of crit rating, but it appears to be bugged so that your original Crit is counted even if you refresh the dot (not if you reapply it, though).
In the case you mentioned, you want to pop your trinkets first, THEN cast the DoTs.
