Very nice socket for melee/hunter classes. You can also easily farm an equivalent (10,000 honor points) item, Inscribed Ornate Topaz (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28363) which I'm sure is much easier to obtain (1-2 days of pre-made battlegrounds or farming honor during a WSG/AB/AV/EoTS weekend). The only drawback is that you can only have 1 x Inscribed Ornate Topaz equipped at a time whereas you can have multiple Wicked Pyrestones at once.
