Zdravím,
tato věc (PvP healing reduction) byla aktivována až od patche 3.3.2, u nás funguje již teď. 10% healingu je poměrně hodně, proto bych prosil o úpravu :)

Upravuji vážnost na: 1 - Nízká

byla to reakce na zvysenej ressilence cap, ktery jsme nechali + je to blizz funkcnost na 3.3.5a... neni bug
