Po požití Qitemu http://old.wowhead.com/item=31772 je potřeba zabíjet http://www.wowhead.com/npc=16878 po jejich smrti by se měl spawnout http://old.wowhead.com/npc=22454 a tyto moby je nutné zabít do Q.

Qitem jde použít, ale zmizí krátce po spawnutí, ikdyž zabiju orky u Qitemu, žádný duch se nespawne.
